Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place halved potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt over the potatoes.
- Toss well until all potatoes are evenly coated.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet without overcrowding.
- Roast for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve warm.
