Description

Golden and crispy ranch-seasoned potatoes that are tender on the inside and packed with bold flavor, perfect as a side dish or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place halved potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt over the potatoes.
  4. Toss well until all potatoes are evenly coated.
  5. Spread potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet without overcrowding.
  6. Roast for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
  8. Serve warm.
