Description

Ingredients

  • 6 cups sliced peaches
  • 1 cup granulated sugar, divided
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the sliced peaches into a large mixing bowl and stir them with 1/2 cup of the sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
