Description

  • 1/2 cup (60 g) powdered sugar (plus extra for coating)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups (280 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup (90 g) finely chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and powdered sugar together until smooth and light.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add flour and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
  5. Fold in chopped nuts until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop dough and roll into 1-inch balls, placing them on the baking sheet.

  8. Let cookies cool slightly, then roll in powdered sugar while warm.
