Description

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread or Italian bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the bread in half lengthwise and place both halves on a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over both bread halves.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese generously on top.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
