Ingredients
- 6 ears fresh corn, husks removed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Lemon wedges for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet or roasting pan.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, chives, thyme, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
- Place the corn on the prepared baking sheet and brush the garlic-herb butter generously over each ear of corn.
- Roast the corn for 25 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with extra butter during cooking.
- Once the corn is tender with slightly golden edges, remove it from the oven.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top if desired and serve warm with lemon wedges on the side.
