Cheesy, savory garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs made with seasoned beef, melty cheddar, and soft biscuit dough brushed with garlic butter and baked to golden perfection.
Ingredients
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (8 pieces) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, and mustard. Mix well and remove from heat.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece and add a spoonful of beef mixture to the center.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, then wrap dough around filling and seal into a ball.
- Place dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each dough ball.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
