Description

Cheesy, savory garlic parmesan cheeseburger bombs made with seasoned beef, melty cheddar, and soft biscuit dough brushed with garlic butter and baked to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (8 pieces) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, and mustard. Mix well and remove from heat.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough piece and add a spoonful of beef mixture to the center.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, then wrap dough around filling and seal into a ball.
  6. Place dough balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each dough ball.
  8. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
