Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil, mixing until well combined.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gently fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined; do not overmix.
- Stir in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing and serving.
