Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil, mixing until well combined.
  4. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gently fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined; do not overmix.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips if using.
  7. Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
