Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup cream cheese or dairy-free alternative
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese or dairy-free cheese
- 2–3 jalapenos, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
Instructions
- Mash the chickpeas in a bowl until mostly smooth, leaving a few chunks for texture.
- Add cream cheese, shredded cheese, chopped jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, reaching the edges.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Slice into pinwheels and serve.
