Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.

  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips evenly.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
