Description

A creamy and refreshing no-bake banana split dessert with layers of buttery graham cracker crust, sweet cream filling, fresh fruit, and indulgent toppings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and softened butter until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract gradually, mixing until creamy.
  5. Spread the cream mixture evenly over the crust.
  6. Arrange banana slices evenly over the cream layer.
  7. Spread well-drained crushed pineapple over the bananas.
  8. Gently spread whipped topping over the fruit layer.
  9. Sprinkle chopped nuts over the top.
  10. Add halved cherries and drizzle chocolate syrup.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours until fully set before serving.
