Ingredients
- 200 g digestive biscuits or graham crackers, crushed
- 100 g unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cups (500 g) Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for glaze)
Instructions
- Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter and honey until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into a tart pan, covering the base and slightly up the sides.
- Refrigerate the crust for about 30 minutes until set.
- In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt filling evenly over the chilled crust.
- Arrange the fresh fruit on top in a decorative pattern.
- Drizzle honey over the fruit if desired for a glossy finish.
- Chill the tart for 1–2 hours before slicing and serving.
