Description

Rich and indulgent no-bake Oreo truffles made with crushed cookies and cream cheese, coated in smooth chocolate for an easy and delicious treat.


Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies (about 400 g)
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz (340 g) semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/4 cup (30 g) white chocolate, melted (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons (15 g) crushed Oreo crumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a sealed bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. Transfer crumbs to a bowl and mix with softened cream cheese and vanilla extract until a thick dough forms.
  3. Scoop and roll mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  5. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate, ensuring full coating.
  6. Place coated truffles back on the baking sheet and decorate with white chocolate drizzle or extra crumbs if desired.
  7. Let truffles set at room temperature or refrigerate until chocolate hardens completely.
