Description
A cold, fruity, and creamy no-churn peach sorbet made with frozen peaches, cream, honey, and vanilla for an easy refreshing dessert.
Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen peach slices
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Place the frozen peach slices into a food processor and blend until they begin breaking down into small pieces.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, honey, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt.
- Continue blending until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the sorbet mixture to a freezer-safe container and spread it evenly.
- Cover the container tightly and freeze for about 4 hours, or until firm.
- Let the sorbet sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving so it softens slightly for easier scooping.
Notes
- Freeze fresh peaches first if using them instead of frozen peaches for a thicker texture.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
- Place plastic wrap directly on the surface before freezing to help prevent ice crystals.
- Let the sorbet sit out for about 5 minutes before scooping.
- For a dairy-free version, use coconut cream and dairy-free sweetened condensed milk.
- Add berries, mango, coconut milk, lemon zest, or crushed graham crackers for variations.
