Description

A rich and creamy peanut butter frozen hot chocolate that blends smooth chocolate with nutty peanut butter into a refreshing, milkshake-like dessert drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
  2. Add chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and sugar, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture into a blender.
  5. Add peanut butter, ice, and vanilla extract.
  6. Blend until smooth and thick.
  7. Pour into glasses.
  8. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
  • Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra creaminess.
  • Substitute peanut butter with almond butter if desired.
  • Use plant-based milk and dairy-free chocolate for a dairy-free version.
  • Best enjoyed immediately for ideal texture.
