Description

A cool, creamy, and refreshing grape salad made with red and green seedless grapes coated in a sweet cream cheese dressing and topped with brown sugar and crunchy nuts.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds seedless green grapes, washed and dried
  • 2 pounds seedless red grapes, washed and dried
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes, then place them into a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy and fully combined.
  4. Pour the creamy mixture over the grapes and gently stir until all grapes are evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the grape salad to a serving bowl.
  6. Sprinkle the brown sugar and chopped pecans or walnuts over the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

  • Add the brown sugar topping just before serving to keep it crunchy.
