Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
- 1 tablespoon water, plus more if needed
Instructions
- Place the soy sauce, peanut butter, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the minced garlic, sriracha sauce, and Chinese five-spice powder.
- Add the water a little at a time until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness, spice, or thickness as needed.
- Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for later use.
Notes
- Add 1 teaspoon grated ginger for extra warmth and freshness.
- For a sweeter sauce, add a little brown sugar or extra honey.
