Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Press the cookie dough evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Arrange the Oreo cookies in a single layer over the cookie dough.
- Whisk the melted butter and sugar together for the brownie layer.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until smooth.
- Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until combined.
- Spread the brownie batter evenly over the Oreo layer.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the top is set and a toothpick inserted into the brownie layer comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before slicing into bars.
