Description

A crisp, fizzy, and refreshing sparkling cucumber mint lemonade made with fresh cucumber, mint, lemon juice, and sparkling water for a healthy soda alternative.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 cups sparkling water, chilled
  • Ice cubes, as needed
  • Lemon slices, for garnish
  • Extra mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend the cucumber slices and fresh mint leaves until smooth.
  2. Strain the cucumber-mint mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the pulp.
  3. Stir in the fresh lemon juice and honey or maple syrup. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  4. Fill a pitcher with ice cubes and pour in the cucumber lemonade mixture.
  5. Slowly add the chilled sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
