A crisp, fizzy, and refreshing sparkling cucumber mint lemonade made with fresh cucumber, mint, lemon juice, and sparkling water for a healthy soda alternative.
Ingredients
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 cups sparkling water, chilled
- Ice cubes, as needed
- Lemon slices, for garnish
- Extra mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Blend the cucumber slices and fresh mint leaves until smooth.
- Strain the cucumber-mint mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the pulp.
- Stir in the fresh lemon juice and honey or maple syrup. Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Fill a pitcher with ice cubes and pour in the cucumber lemonade mixture.
- Slowly add the chilled sparkling water and gently stir to combine.
- Serve immediately garnished with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves.
