Ingredients
- 225 g cream cheese, softened
- 120 g powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 240 ml heavy whipping cream
- 150 g fresh strawberries, chopped
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jam (optional)
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
- Fold in most of the chopped strawberries, reserving some for topping.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining strawberries and drizzle with strawberry jam if desired.
- Chill for about 30 minutes before serving for best texture.
