Description

A quick and creamy no-bake strawberry cheesecake dip with fresh strawberries, perfect for serving with cookies or fruit.

Ingredients

  • 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 240 ml heavy whipping cream
  • 150 g fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.
  5. Fold in most of the chopped strawberries, reserving some for topping.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and spread evenly.
  7. Top with remaining strawberries and drizzle with strawberry jam if desired.
  8. Chill for about 30 minutes before serving for best texture.

Notes

  • Make ahead and refrigerate for up to 1 day before serving.
  • Substitute strawberries with blueberries or raspberries for variation.
  • Add melted chocolate or chocolate chips for a chocolate twist.
  • Use whipped topping instead of fresh whipped cream for convenience.
  • Stir before serving leftovers to refresh texture.
