Ingredients

- 3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) water
- 1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

- Add strawberries to the mixture and coat them evenly.

- Refrigerate the pie for 2–3 hours until fully set before serving.
